Grammar notes:

As general rule, we use the verb “ser” to talk about things that are permanent or hard to change. Some of those things include: our name, our personality or description, our nationality, and our occupation.

When we use “una persona” to describe someone, adjectives should be in their feminine form until the end of that sentence. This is necessary because “persona” is a feminine word. It doesn’t matter if we’re talking about a man or woman.

When the question word “cómo” & the verb “ser” are used to ask about a person, the expected answer is a description of how or what that person is like.
